We kindly request a 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments booked online or in-store. Cancelling or rescheduling appointments can be done directly through your emailed appointment confirmation or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment slot, there will be a charge of 25% of the service missed to accommodate the service provider's time as rebooking with minimal notice is most often not possible. For Medical Aesthetic appointments, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the service.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances do arise, and please ask that should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, email us directly at email@example.com for assistance.

We understand that things happen that can have you running late. Please call us if you think you will be running behind for your appointment. If you are 15-20 minutes late, you will receive a shortened service. If you are later than 20 minutes, we will need to reschedule your appointment for another day and you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.
No show policy
If you miss your appointment without cancelling beforehand, you will be charged for the full amount of the service missed.
Gift cards are valid for online and in-store purchases, including services. Gift cards are not valid on services with Amanda or Haley.
Gift cards purchased before June 4th, 2023
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to redeem your gift card through our online store. You do not need to email us to use the gift card for in-studio purchases, including product purchases and payment for services.
How often should I get a facial?
We suggest coming every four to six weeks. For more information, contact us or talk to your Facialist.
Which facial should I get?
We recommend starting with The Custom, this will give your Facialist the chance to get to know you and your skin. From there, we may suggest one of our other treatments that are more targeted to your skin's needs.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer $15 Canada-wide shipping on all products.
Do you offer local delivery?
We offer $8 delivery for addresses within Winnipeg. If you are located outside the perimeter, please select the shipping option.
How does pre-order work?
When you pre-order a product, you are reserving a product on our next shipment of products. You will be informed when the products have arrived and are ready for pick up/to be delivered. Pre-order times vary.
