Book a virtual consultation with one of our skin specialists and get personalized advice, product recommendations, and treatment plans—all from the comfort of your home.

We kindly request a 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments booked online or in-store. Cancelling or rescheduling appointments can be done directly through your emailed appointment confirmation or by emailing us at hello@theaesthetic.ca.

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment slot, there will be a charge of 25% of the service missed to accommodate the service provider's time as rebooking with minimal notice is most often not possible. We understand that unforeseen circumstances do arise, and please ask that should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, email us directly at hello@theaesthetic.ca for assistance.
