Frequently Asked Questions
I’m pregnant, can I come for a facial?
We suggest The Custom 90 or The Fire + Ice for those pregnant or breast/chest feeding. iS Clinical products are non-systemic and don’t enter the bloodstream.
Do I need to stop using retinol before my facial?
Please discontinue the use of any active or retinol 3-4 days before your appointment.
Do I need to book a consult before a facial appointment?
There is no need to book a consult and a facial at the same time as all of our treatments include a consult at the beginning of the appointment and time at the end for questions. If you have lots of concerns to address, we suggest booking a 90 minute treatment. You can also ask questions to your facialists throughout the treatment.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET A FACIAL?
We suggest coming every four to six weeks. For more information, click here
I am allergic to certain skincare ingredients, can I come for a treatment?
During your consult at the beginning of your appointment, please inform your Facialist of any allergies or sensitivities that you may have. Your Facialist will avoid products that contain those ingredients during your treatment.
