The Custom

The Custom is the perfect starting place in your skincare journey.

No matter your skin concerns, from acne-prone and congested skin, sun-damaged and hyper-pigmented skin, dry and dehydrated, or sensitive and inflamed, we will fully customize a facial treatment for you.

The Custom starts with a consult where your Facialist will get to know you, your skin history and your skin goals. After your facial, your Facialist may suggest a different treatment for your next visit that is more targeted toward your goals.

60 minutes // $125

Frequently Asked Questions

I’m pregnant, can I come for a facial?

We suggest The Custom 90 or The Fire + Ice for those pregnant or breast/chest feeding. iS Clinical products are non-systemic and don’t enter the bloodstream.

Do I need to stop using retinol before my facial?

Please discontinue the use of any active or retinol 3-4 days before your appointment.

Do I need to book a consult before a facial appointment?

There is no need to book a consult and a facial at the same time as all of our treatments include a consult at the beginning of the appointment and time at the end for questions. If you have lots of concerns to address, we suggest booking a 90 minute treatment. You can also ask questions to your facialists throughout the treatment.
